Super Maids LLC - Terms of Service
By booking services with Super Maids LLC – whether through our website, by phone, email, or text – you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking a service.
Booking Confirmation
Booking online or by phone does not guarantee availability. You will receive confirmation from our office (by email, text, or phone) once your appointment is scheduled.
Super Maids manages scheduling through our Fieldd Scheduling Application to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Cleaning Providers
All Super Maids cleaners are vetted, background-checked, insured, and fully trained. We assign the same lead cleaner to recurring clients whenever possible, ensuring consistency and trust. Our cleaners are held to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Right to Refuse Service
Super Maids reserves the right to deny or terminate service for safety concerns, inappropriate situations, weapons on premises, excessive clutter, or lack of utilities (electricity, heat, water).
Cleaners may leave if a home is in extremely unsanitary condition or if they feel unsafe. In such cases, the cancellation fee will apply.
Cleaning Day Preparation
Our pricing is based on cleaners being able to dedicate their time to cleaning, not tidying or organizing. We ask that clients take a few minutes to clear floors, counters, and tabletops so that cleaners can perform their work efficiently. If you would like us to handle tidying in addition to cleaning, please contact our office in advance so we can adjust your quote accordingly.
Pets
Super Maids is pet-friendly and our team will gladly work around pets! However, for efficiency and safety, pets should be kept calm and secure during service. If a pet becomes anxious or aggressive and prevents the cleaning from being completed, the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply. Our cleaners will not enter a home if they believe an animal poses a threat.
Service Fees and Adjustments
All quotes are based on standard home conditions. If upon arrival we find that the home requires more time than anticipated, we will contact you before making any adjustments. If we are unable to reach you, the appointment may be skipped and the cancellation fee charged. Super Maids reserves the right to adjust rates if there are significant changes in service frequency, home condition, or household size.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We require a credit card placed on file to secure the date and approximate time of your cleaning appointment.
Charges are not applied until after the cleaning has been completed.
Refunds and 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We do not offer refunds, but we do stand behind the quality of our work. If something was missed, you must notify us within twenty-four hours by phone, text, or email, providing details and, if possible, photos. We will gladly return to address any missed areas within the original scope of work. Re-cleans are limited to one per visit.
Cancellation Policy
When you book with Super Maids, we reserve that time slot for you and turn away other clients in order to honor your appointment. A last-minute cancellation means we lose not only the opportunity to serve you but also the income from clients we could have scheduled in your place. For this reason, our cancellation policy is firm.
Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before your scheduled service will result in a $50 fee. If a cancellation is made less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled service, fifty percent of the total booking cost will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full cost of the scheduled service. All fees are charged to the credit card on file.
We understand that true emergencies can arise. For our valued recurring clients, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Super Maids management
Recurring Service Discounts
Discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings begin after the initial deep cleaning. If recurring visits are skipped, pricing will be adjusted to reflect the new service frequency.
Lockouts
Clients are responsible for providing access at the scheduled time, whether through a key, code, or being home. If entry cannot be gained within thirty minutes, the cleaning will be canceled and charged in full.
Vacuum Use
We supply all necessary equipment, including professional vacuums. If you request that we use your vacuum, we assume no liability for damage, maintenance, or repair of the unit.
Cleaning Supplies
Super Maids provides premium cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific green/natural products or request that we use your own cleaning products, please notify us before service. We are not responsible for any damage caused by client-supplied products.
Items We Cannot Clean
Mold removal, hoarding conditions, and hazardous materials such as blood, feces, vomit, urine, and litter boxes fall outside the scope of our services. For safety reasons, cleaners will not climb higher than a step stool or move items heavier than thirty-five pounds.
Breakage, Damage, and Loss
Although rare, accidents may occur. Cleaners are insured for breakage or damage that occurs during service. Super Maids is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed fragile items such as artwork, heirlooms, or collectibles. Any claim must be reported within twenty-four hours of service. Identical replacement will be attempted when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Arrival Window
Due to traffic, weather, and the unpredictable nature of scheduling, we provide a two-hour arrival window for all appointments. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
Holidays
Super Maids does not operate on major holidays. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.
Non-Solicitation
By booking with Super Maids, clients agree not to hire cleaners directly. Significant resources are invested in training and vetting our team. Circumventing Super Maids to contract directly with a cleaner will result in immediate termination of services.
